My stay was overall pleasant, with clean rooms but some privacy concerns. The staff were exceptional in their service, although the location was not as close to the station as advertised. The dining experience could have been better, but the hotel facilities were adequate.

The hotel's rooms were clean and obviously in very good condition since the hotel had only been open for 8 weeks. They were also comfortable enough to sleep in after spending the whole day skiing. The room was huge, with its own living room, kitchen, dining room, extra-storage space, and great showers. However, the room was under the bar and was noisy until about 1.30am.

The location was not as close to the station as stated, taking us 30 minutes to find it in freezing conditions with two very tired children. However, it's a 7-minute walk from the station, with a convenient bus that takes you to the funicular up to Les Arc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
