My stay was overall pleasant, with clean rooms but some privacy concerns. The staff were exceptional in their service, although the location was not as close to the station as advertised. The dining experience could have been better, but the hotel facilities were adequate.
The hotel's rooms were clean and obviously in very good condition since the hotel had only been open for 8 weeks. They were also comfortable enough to sleep in after spending the whole day skiing. The room was huge, with its own living room, kitchen, dining room, extra-storage space, and great showers. However, the room was under the bar and was noisy until about 1.30am.
The hotel is somewhat lacking in room space and privacy, but the service was exceptional. Its location is a bit far from the center but close to the funicular. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the organic chicken was delightful.
